Recently, so much has been happening to me; I can hardly keep up. I even got sick and couldn't recover, feeling overwhelmed. I found it hard to feel gratitude and was completely burdened. I even stopped meditating; it was all too much. But something called me to Miha's Zoom session, and I went without any expectations. I must say, today, after a long time, I feel like myself again. In my body, and grateful.
The activation was interesting. At times I felt warm, my body moved on its own, and it felt good to stretch. I felt pain in my spine, which I then breathed through. I also saw colors, which was fascinating. In the end, I felt pure gratitude.
