Registeration for a group session

By attending a session, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of this Liability Statement and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own mental health, well-being and for the decisions and actions that result from the session process. Results may vary from participant to participant. I do not offer any legal, medical, psychological or other professional advice. For any such advice or assistance, I recommend that you contact a licensed professional. PKA (Pure Kundalini Activation) may involve physical movements. In case of discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the session and ask for support from the session leader. I take full responsibility for any harm resulting from participation. PKA is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, examination, diagnosis or treatment. It is not recommended for those who are prone to mania, delusions or psychoses. By registering for this session, I certify that I am in good physical and mental condition to participate.
